    Lapa Wall-Top

    Lapa is our answer to simple and economical Wall-top seating; it’s available in 3 length options in 3 styles, with the ability to add-on to new and existing gabion walls.

    The steelwork is manufactured from recycled steel in a galvanised or PPC finish to any standard RAL – while the seating platform is formed from heavy duty Iroko timber slats. Our Lapa Wall-Tops can also be fitted with armrests (aside from 2-slat styles) and anti-skate devices.

    Each seating style is available in 3 lengths, armrests and anti-skates can also be fitted.

    Materials & Options

    Materials

    • Steelwork: mild steel galvanised | PPC to any standard RAL
    • Iroko timber slats: smooth planed | oiled | UV protective finish

    Installation

    Lapa Standard 

    • The seating platform is fitted to the top of the wall at 4 points, through brackets that are designed to align with mortar joints of a standard brick-on-edge header course, or any homogeneous wall construction
    • Optional generic fixing kit – comprising 4 no. sets of threaded inserts for fixing into the wall, studs, nuts and washers – can be supplied on request

    Lapa Gabion

    • Gabion and infill materials are not included
    • Lapa seating platforms clamp to the gabion external wire structure only and rely on the rigidity of the gabion for a secure fixing

    * For continuous lines of seating we recommend a lateral gap of 100mm minimum between adjacent platforms for ease of access to the underseat brackets and fixings.

    * We provide full installation instructions on delivery
