    Our Garrick timber bollard come square-shaped and manufactured from Green Oak as standard.

    Long-lasting and beautifully crafted, the Garrick is set with a four-way weathered top and chamfered edges in plain form as standard, but with the option to add groves and reflective tape for extra visibility.

    *Note. All our hardwoods are FSC sourced

    Installation & Notes

    Installation

    • Foundation depth is usually the same as the root depth of the bollard
    • Minimum recommended foundation diameter is the root diameter plus 200mm
    • Concrete mix to 25 newtons

    Notes 

    • The heat generated by the sawing process may leave black markings when the posts are cut to size. These do not affect the strength of the posts which will weather in time and the markings to become unnoticeable.
    • Timber is a ‘living’ material, which reacts to weather conditions so it may crack or ‘shake’ during hot, dry weather but these cracks will close up during cold/wet weather- and will not any way affect the strength of the posts.
