Seating & Timber Options

Fortis is our modular answer to wall-top seating. Offering 9 timber slat configurations with or without backrests and armrests – Fortis comes in 2 and 4 person seats.

All steelwork is made from recycled steel, with timber slats formed from FSC sourced Iroko timber – making for a compact and visually tidy seating solution on top of existing features in landscape schemes.

Straight lines needn’t be tedious. Fortis modules flow seamlessly along straight walls, creating harmonious seating arrangements that invite people to pause and connect.

Materials & Finishes

Each Fortis piece begins with a frame of recycled steel, which can be galvanised or powder-coated in any standard RAL colour. The carefully selected FSC-certified Iroko timber slats can be finished with a protective oil or UV coating, ensuring they age gracefully from one season to the next.

Choose from three carefully proportioned timber widths – delicate 40mm slats that add visual lightness, balanced 65mm pieces for classic appeal, or bold 140mm planks that make a more substantial statement.

Installation

Fortis settles securely onto your wall with an elegantly simple fixing system – four anchor points for a quiet two-person arrangement, six for the more gregarious four-person platforms.

We’ll provide everything needed for installation, along with clear instructions to ensure a perfect fit.
