Traditional style cast iron bollard, that is available as a standard cast iron bollard or a removable bollard in aluminium that can be housed in either a hinged steel socket (to be secured with a padlock) or the F1 socket, which provides a flat, flush finish when not in use. Cannon bollards come in black RAL 9005 painted finish.

Installation

Root fixed

Foundation depth is usually the same as the root depth of the bollard
Minimum recommended foundation diameter is the root diameter plus 200mm
Concrete mix to 25 newtons

Removable

Foundation depth 320mm
Minimum recommended foundation 450mm sq
Dig an additional drainage hole 80mm (d) x 150mm (sq) and fill with pea shingle (directly below socket)
Concrete mix to 25 newtons
