AKRI Snap is a modular answer to projects that need a little extra beauty without the longer turnaround time that comes with bespoke design. Using the same careful aesthetic considerations as AKRI 300 and AKRI 600, AKRI Snap unites functionality and aesthetic in a flat-pack package that goes from the online configurator to on-site in a matter of weeks.
Featuring our Endura® thermally-modified ash and premium FSC Iroko timber, AKRI Snap is a planter built to add a touch of green in the heart of the city: on rooftops, in a shopping centre, along the high street, and wherever else could use a good place to sit amongst wildflowers.

Our business is a better built environment. AKRI Snap is a faster, accessible, ARUP-certified solution towards creating a beautiful world, one little spot of the city at a time. Crafted from 80% recycled steel, and featuring our Endura® thermally-modified ash and FSC Iroko Timber as material options, AKRI Snap can go from design to deployment in weeks, with quicker lead times that allow for project completion without delay.
Choose your planter, your seat, your armrests, your back-rests, the colour of the timber, the RAL coating, or simply the size and shape. We'll do the rest.
Using our online configurator, pick from the following standard modules. All components are based on a 500x500mm grid.
Panels are supplied with welded brackets. Fins, panels and top bracket are then bolted together with the supplied fixings to provide a solid connection.
Fill in your planters with soil, add your seeds, and let your flowers bloom wild for everyone in the community to enjoy.
AKRI Snap panels and seating components are made of 80% recycled mild steel triple-process powder coated to a standard RAL. We have a carefully selected RAL colour palette for all our products, details available on request. Panels are available in Corten untreated. Seat and backrest are available in FSC certified Iroko wood slats or Endura® Thermally modified Ash.
